Dorchester District 2 students take part in annual Spelling Bee | Schools
DORCHESTER COUNTY (WCSC) - Young students throughout Dorchester County are competing Thursday for the chance to be named the top speller amongst their peers.
Dorchester District Two will hold its District Spelling Bee on Thursday, January 10 at 10 a.m. in the auditorium at Knightsville Elementary.
The annual event will feature fifth through eighth grade students representing 18 elementary and middle schools.
The winner of the competition will go on to represent the district at Lowcountry SpellBound in the spring.
